All of our moves are flat fee, so there are no hidden surprises on moving day. Our estimators and customer service representatives are highly trained and skilled in taking detailed inventory of items to be moved and services requested, which you will review and approve. The only additions to your bill on moving day will be for tips to your movers (15-20% recommended) and last minute changes to your order.

Our Process - What You Can Expect

Binding Quote following 20-minute virtual survey with moving specialist - Fully detailed and neatly presented inventory list and services selection

Secure Booking - schedule move date and reserve your spot in the calendar by making a 20% deposit, all major credit cards, ACH and wire transfers accepted (credit card processing fees apply)

Dedicated Move Coordinator who will be in touch with you leading up to and throughout your move day to help you prepare and know what to expect

Communication of Team and Truck Details - within 24 hours of your move you will receive text and email introducing you to your Team (pictures and bios) and truck fleet (make, model, year, license plate, date of most recent maintenance check)

Team Arrival and Pre-Check – upon arrival, your Team Captain will review your order with you, moving room-by-room, to ensure that the inventory list and services requested are accurate and to note any damaged items before the move begins

Physical Demands of the Job – please keep in mind that moving is a physically demanding endeavor, with Team members pushing through bouts of exhaustion, dehydration, muscle soreness and injury to deliver a P.R.O. experience

Track Your Team and Your Possessions on moving day using our GPS tools and truck cameras – know when your Team has left the warehouse and where they are on the way to your home and where your belongings are during transport

Delivery to Your New Home – our Team will unload all of your items, set up your rooms and reassemble all of your furniture
